What Cortik Alpha keeps about you, why, who else sees it and what you can ask. We never ask for your seed phrase or private keys.

Who we are

Cortik Alpha is a copy-trading service in paper mode (play money). This policy says what we keep about you, why, and what you can ask.

What we keep

Your wallet address (and any other address you prove with a signature or link, such as a Hyperliquid account); if you link Telegram, your Telegram id, name, username and photo link; your account's activity in the service (balances, copies, fees, commissions, withdrawals, support tickets); your sponsor and the people you invited; how often your invite link was opened (a count per day and channel, nothing about who opened it); the push address of each browser where you switch on notifications; for each log-in, the time, your IP address and your browser's name.

What we never ask for

Your seed phrase, private keys or passwords. Signing in is a free signature: it proves the address is yours and moves no money.

Why

To run your account and your bots, settle fees and commissions, keep the books (every money movement is recorded and cannot be changed later), keep accounts safe (log-ins, devices, unusual activity), answer support, and send the messages you chose.

Who else sees it

Telegram, to deliver your messages if you linked it. WalletConnect (Reown), to connect your wallet app. Public blockchain nodes and LI.FI, to read balances and quote swaps for your own wallet's address. Hyperliquid, to read an account you linked. If you switch on browser notifications, your browser's push service (Google, Mozilla, Apple or Microsoft) delivers them, encrypted so that only your browser can read them. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers.

What stays on your device

One log-in cookie (to keep you signed in for 30 days) and a few settings in your browser: the exchange in view, the sponsor's link, the wallet app you use. No advertising cookies.

How long

While your account is open. The books and the records the law asks for are kept as long as it asks. Database backups are encrypted and kept 14 days.

Your choices

You can see your data in the app, switch off messages, log out of every device, and ask Support for a copy of your data or to close your account.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is shown here with its date, and in the app when it matters to you.
